Where St. Margret's Church once operated, a developer is proposing using the site for a residential complex including:

The Councillor's Office informs us as of Sept. 28/11 ... "City staff are waiting for the applicant to provide them with a copy of the plans which were submitted to the OMB.   The plans at the OMB apparently have 19 units while previously submitted plans to the city have 20 units.   While staff will review, they anticipate other concerns will remain, leading to another Request for Direction Report.  If so, this request may come to the Nov. NYCC, depending upon when the applicant provides the plans."
