Orchard View Blvd. & Duplex Ave. Update ... May '07

In April we reported on the unsafe condition of one of the chimneys and the potential of falling bricks.  Well the fear factor about this has been resolved thanks to ARECA's efforts and the co-operation of the new owner.

The before photos were taken in April 18, 07 and show the disrepair of the chimney on the Duplex Avenue side ... please watch for falling brick!

The after photos were taken in May 1, 07 and show the dangerous brick of the chimney on the Duplex Avenue side ... has been removed!
