St. James Bond United Church Severs Manse
 

St. James-Bond applied to the City and was granted severance of the church manse at 65 Willowbank Blvd.  This will enable the manse to be an asset that can be taken into the amalgamated congregation.

This only involves severing off the manse lot from the balance of the church property not the future of the church building & the property it sits on.
